VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions

1. All vouchers are issues with a unique reference number. All queries regarding any voucher require this number in order to proceed with booking or discussing the voucher in questions as proof of purchase.

2. As the business provides a local service all vouchers are limited to use within a sensible geographic location. Studio work is located in Truro and outdoor sessions are held in the areas between Cambourne and St.Austell unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Typically there are no additional charges to arranging these sessions unless a specific venue with extra costs is requested.

3. Vouchers clearly state the amount of time that the voucher is valid for. This is typically 12 months from issue and it is the responsibility of the purchaser or the recipient of the voucher to contact the business and arrange their session within that time. Contact on or very near to the expiry date of the voucher could cause an issue with using the gift. The recipient will only be able to use the voucher at this point subject to availability, it is therefore advised to make arrangements at least a month before the stated date to avoid dissapointment.

4. Time extensions can be arranged for a fee of £15 for 6 months or £25 for another 12 months to extend the voucher or issue a replacement before the original date issued expires. This is at the discretion of KernowInFocus Photography and will depend on the individual circumstances that led to the voucher not being used within a suitable time.

5. In an unlikely event that a refund is required, refunds are only possible with the original purchaser within the first 2 months of issue following proof of purchase. An administration fee of £10 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of printing, materials, delivery and transaction fees in connection with the purchase.

6. As the business is a service driven company, vouchers can be exchanged for other services with KernowInFocus Photography within the allocated time indicated at the time of purchase.

7. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against mini-sessions or special events unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure if a voucher can be used or not please ask before booking and I am happy to check the number and advise.
